Pedro Estaún
We all observe people around us, and thus either we learn from their behavior or from their mistakes. This book gathers twenty-two sketches of mainly contemporary Christian people –either saints or in process of canonization– and presents some of their most characteristic virtues. They are young and adult, women and men, priests, religious people, or regular Christians whose lives teach us a way of personal improvement.

Pedro Estaún Villoslada (Madrid, 1948) graduated in Physics from the Complutense University of Madrid and earned a doctorate in Theology from the University of Navarra. He was ordained priest in 1979. He has been the Chaplain of the University Clinic of Navarra, and has taught theology at this university. He has also lived in Bilbao, Geneva, and the Sanctuary of Torreciudad. He currently lives in Huesca. Among his many publications are monographies about some of the people he writes about in this book.
